OUR STORY
Founded in 1991, Hire Ethics was create to support and assist first generation and historically underserved college students with career and education services by creating pathways to meaningful employment. Hire Ethics was one of the first companies in the nation to provide career and employment services to universities and high school districts that did not have a career center. Our agreements offer a seamless image, so the students and the public are unaware that school’s career services are outsourced.
Hire Ethics works directly with employers and hiring managers on creating internships and employment opportunities for students and clients of non-profit organizations, as well as design and coordinate career & job fairs.
In 2016, Hire Ethics officially began supporting elite and professional athletes, and sport teams with their transition from sport and into their next career, passion or work. We also work with coaches, parents and schools to assist young student athletes preparing for college.
PASSION - KNOWLEDGE - EXPERIENCE
Our professional consultants have a minimum of ten years of career and academic consulting and advising experience, as well as
consultants with extensive corporate human resources management experience.
We know the importance and the impact jobs, careers and unemployment, and the effect it had on individuals and the family, so Hire Ethics also have licensed marriage and family therapist to assist our clients as they navigate to find work and/or change careers.
